- The company was founded in 1988 as SHYONG JINN ENGINEERING CO., LTD.
- Cooperated mainly with China Steel Structure Co., Ltd. and other companies from 1991.
- Cooperated with Shih Fu Steel Structure Co., Ltd. to undertake the constructions such as the building of 6th Hydrogen Plant, the building of Kuei Yu Steel Plant in 1996 and the general buildings of National Chengchi University, Pau Shan Commerce Building in 1997.
- In 2000, the company was renamed as SHYONG JINN STEEL STRUCTURE CO., LTD.
